SHREDbyCROM™ works just as well for the every day busy individual looking to get back in to shape as it does for the athlete looking to sharpen up for competition. Classes are totally scalable for all fitness levels and will keep you on your toes with an ever changing programming system.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

SHREDbyCROM™ is a high intensity workout created by our Head Coach, Chris Romulo, that combines strength training, cardiovascular and agility all in one so that you become the most lean, energized individual you can be.SHREDbyCROM™ offers a great balance of intensity, effort, community, and coaching, and is a fun and friendly environment to take part in fitness training in a group setting. No training session is ever the same, which always keeps your body guessing, avoiding plateaus. SHREDbyCROM™ gets down to what works: we push, pull, squat, lunge, run, jump, stretch, and crunch to develop our agility, balance, flexibility, endurance, power, speed, stability, and strength. Through additional nutritional programming we encourage our members to adjust their eating habits and attitudes through timing, portions, and combinations of vital nutrients.

TheSHREDbyCROM™ programming is a culmination of Chris Romulo’s 20+ years of experience training his mind, body & spirit for professional Muay Thai competition. After a total of 32 years of trial and error through fitness, conditioning, martial arts, sports , and “play” Chris has taken what works for him, sculpted away what doesn’t and painted a different way to engage in Physical Culture.

What does a typical SHREDbyCROM™ include?:

SHREDbyCROM™ classes are 45-60 minutes and typically start with a dynamic warm up and various mobility exercises designed to get your body ready to work safely and effectively. The main focus of the SHREDbyCROM™ training session is comprised of combinations of strength and cardiovascular exercises, which can employ any of the following, and more:

→ Body weight exercises
→ Kettle bells
→ Dumbbells
→ Medicine balls
→ Rowing
→ Jump Roping
→ Plyoboxes
→ Sprints
→ Resistance Band work
