Team CROM had a long weekend of hurrying up to wait, but the WKA’s are always a great test of patience and love for what we do on a daily basis!
Jefferson, JC and Raymond prepared day in and day out for the past two months to show and prove at the WKA National Tournament at Queensborough college May 21-23. To say we are proud is an understatement. We also got a big hand from Ky-mani, who is one of early Muay Thai Preservation Project scholarship students and now a straight A student at John Jay University (he still trains with us and will be preparing for a boxing match on the Rock alongside JC going down in July). He played a big role in getting our team warmed up and ready for battle (if you were at the WKA’s you heard that word quite a few times;-)
Working with this group couldn’t make me happier- every day we grow and learn as a team- and they help me become the best coach I can possibly be!
The youth is the future of the Art of 8 Limbs…Muay Thai! #allittakesisheart
